As head of the technology index committee, she brought to the Sacramento market a unique tool to measure the health of the technology community. The Index is published on a quarterly basis in the leading daily newspaper and business weekly and has succeeded in building the credibility of the Sacramento market nationwide. The Index was sold for use by the Dallas Metro. (Resigned 6/06 when I moved to Dallas)

Gillian and her husband, Pierre Cutler, have recently established The Sacramento Executive. Through its website and quarterly events, the company ‘links executives to all that is great in Sacramento’ providing a forum for local cultural and non-profit organizations and attempting to integrate the great talent moving to Sacramento from the Bay Area and elsewhere.

Despite all of this, she is fun, approachable and dedicated to helping anyone who asks...and some who don't.
